Is this a weight loss diet?

No. This is a nutrition plan — we focus on energy, hormones, and well-being. Weight may change, but that's a side effect of healthy habits, not a goal of starvation.

Are the products expensive and hard to find?

Absolutely not. All recipes are based on ingredients from Lidl, Biedronka, and Polish greengrocers.

How long does cooking take?

A maximum of 25 minutes per meal. I know you have a life outside the kitchen.

Is this for me if I'm 50+?

Yes! My methods are designed specifically for mature metabolisms — with respect for hormonal changes.

Can I eat this with my family?

Yes. The recipes are tasty and "normal" — you don't have to cook separately for yourself and the rest of the household.
